Healing Confessions by Tyrone Singh

Healing Confessions

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9 (KJV)

“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:10 (KJV)

There’s power in believing—and even more when you speak what you believe. These two verses from Romans give us a kingdom key: your heart believes, but your mouth activates. Salvation, healing, and freedom don’t just come from knowing—they come from declaring the truth of God’s Word with faith.

God didn’t just design us to silently carry our beliefs. He designed us to speak them, because the power of life and death is in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). What you say matters—especially when you're believing for healing.

The Power of Confession

When you’re believing for healing in your body, mind, or emotions, you must align your words with God’s promises. That’s how you activate His power. These confessions, used faithfully by Tyrone and Mira Singh, have brought healing and victory into their lives time and time again—and they can for you too.

Speak these truths loudly, slowly, and clearly—believing every word as you say them:

  1. I confess Jesus Christ is Lord over my life—spirit, soul, and body. The power of God in me makes me sound, whole, delivered, saved, and healed.

  2. I act on the Word of God and activate His promises. Sickness, disease, and pain—I resist you in Jesus’ Name. You are not the will of God for me.

  3. I enforce the Word of God on every symptom. I will not tolerate you in my life. My days of sickness and disease are over.

  4. I believe I am saved. I am healed. The power of sickness has been forever broken over my life.

  5. Jesus bore my sickness, weakness, and pain. I am free. Sickness can no longer lord it over me.

  6. Sin, fear, and addiction can no longer dominate me. I walk in victory over them all through Jesus.

  7. I’ve been redeemed from the curse of the law. I confess my freedom in Jesus’ Name!

Now... Lift Your Hands

Take the next 5 minutes and praise the Lord!
Thank Him out loud. Worship Him. Rejoice that His Word is working in your life—right now. Healing is yours. Wholeness is yours. Freedom is yours.

Healing Scriptures to Feed Your Faith

These promises are for you. Meditate on them. Speak them. Let them transform your thinking and stir your faith:

  • Exodus 15:26 – “I am the Lord that healeth thee.”

  • Exodus 23:25-26 – “I will take sickness away from the midst of thee… the number of thy days I will fulfil.”

  • Psalm 103:1-5 – “Who healeth all thy diseases…”

  • Psalm 118:17 – “I shall not die, but live…”

  • Isaiah 53:4-5 – “… with His stripes we are healed.”

  • Matthew 8:16-17 – “Healed all that were sick…”

  • Mark 11:22-24 – “He shall have whatsoever he saith…”

  • Acts 10:38 – “…healing all that were oppressed of the devil…”

  • 1 Peter 2:24 – “… by whose stripes ye were healed.”

  • 3 John 2 – “That thou mayest prosper and be in health…”

Jesus Hasn’t Changed

“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”
Hebrews 13:8

If He healed then, He heals now. If He saved then, He saves now. If He delivered then, He delivers now. His power hasn’t changed—our job is to believe and speak it.

Remember: The Word of God on your tongue is just as powerful as it is in His mouth—because He backs it with the full weight of heaven.

So say it. Believe it. Live it. Healing is yours in Jesus' Name.
